At the meeting,Professor Xu Huayuan reported and analyzed some typical problems and managementmethods commonly found in various safety inspections in schools, colleges, ordepartments, based on two documents: the Implementation Rules for Safety andEnvironmental Protection in College Laboratories (Trial) and the InternalControl Management Measures for Procurement and Tendering (Trial). He alsosolicited opinions and suggestions from everyone. Detailed explanations weregiven on the login method, platform roles, platform reservation, and platformoperation demonstration of the large-scale instrument sharing platform. Theusage norms and management rules of the school's large-scale instrumentequipment open sharing platform were also interpreted, with a focus on how touse the platform and how to fill out the large-scale instrument usage recordbook in a standardized manner.

Through thistraining, all teachers in the Department of Mechanical Design have gained adeeper understanding of laboratory safety management, enhanced their sense ofresponsibility for safety and environmental protection, and also helped tobetter convey safety awareness to students. In addition, everyone has gained adeeper understanding of the importance of standardized use and requirements forlarge instruments. In the future, relevant personnel in our department will doa good job in the management and sharing of large instruments and equipment, strengthen asset and laboratory safety management, continue to carry outtargeted laboratory safety training, and mobilize teachers and students toactively participate in laboratory safety knowledge competitions, enhance thelaboratory safety awareness and experimental safety protection ability of allteachers and students, maximize personal safety, and ensure the smoothdevelopment of laboratory teaching and scientific research work.
