Program for long-term recruitment of foreign teachers
Program for long-term recruitment of foreign teachers under the Foreign Expert Program. This program is designed to encourage colleges, departments, centers and subordinate units of our university to engage foreign teachers (excluding those who are on the payroll and have a fulltime job in our university) so as to improve our teaching quality and research level.
The foreign teachers who intend to apply for this program should satisfy the basic conditions below:
1. Have foreign nationality and maintain healthy both mentally and physically.
2. Be associate professor or have equivalent or above professional title or doctor's degree; know the development direction of discipline well; have abundant experience in teaching and scientific research, and high academic level; have the ability of teaching, scientific research, discipline construction, and team building.
3. Work in our university for three months or longer (work permit for foreigners is required), and sign an official employment contract with our university.
4. Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China as well as the rules and regulations of our university; have no legal dispute, criminal record or relevance to any evil organization; be friendly to China, noble, rigorous, and cooperative; no academic misconduct or bad credit record.
