On September 3, 2024,students majoring in Automotive Service Engineering from the School ofMechanical and Automotive Engineering arrived at Shanghai Baolong AutomotiveTechnology Co., Ltd. for their first day of professional practice in theintegration of industry and education. Huang Xiaoci, Ma Minghui, Luo Suyun andother teachers from the Department of Automotive Service Engineering came tothe enterprise together with their students.

Thepractical course of the integration of industry and education in the automotiveservice engineering major focuses on a teaching mode that alternates betweenenterprise practice and on campus course teaching for at least 8 consecutiveweeks per semester for the 2022 class 0616221 students. Strictly implement thedual guidance, supervision, assessment and other practical teaching guaranteesof enterprise mentors and on campus course student mentors, and attachimportance to the cultivation of students' practical abilities.


The School of Mechanicaland Automotive Engineering and Baolong Automobile jointly explore the pilotprogram of industry education integration, aiming to help students cultivateinnovative and systematic thinking, broaden their professional horizons, deepenthe cultivation of collaborative innovation practice talents in the field ofautomotive technology, and enhance the correlation between higher education andcore industry demand. The course content includes training courses onunderstanding Baolong Automobile Enterprise, industry front-end technology,core production lines of the enterprise, as well as students' job innovationpractices. Further consolidate the talent cultivation community between schoolsand enterprises through the integration of industry and education professionalpractice courses, enhance mutual support and cooperation between variousdepartments of both schools and enterprises, and work together for progress.
